Here at Uomo we stand behind the craftsmanship, durability, and performance of our garments, and customer satisfaction is our first priority. We know you’ll love our gear as much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return your items within 14 days of original purchase and we’ll issue a refund or replacement promptly.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for all products purchased directly from UOMO. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. Recognizing that apparel has a life expectancy, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We guarantee that all merchandise that you receive is new and free from defects. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered under warranty so please inspect all items immediately when you receive them.
